ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW

ARCHITECTURAL DOCUMENTS

GENERAL ARC Application can be found by clicking here!

BE SURE TO VIEW THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE FOR REQUIREMENTS OF SPECIFIC ARCHITECTURAL REQUESTS BEFORE COMPLETING YOUR ARC.

So you’d like to make a change around your unit! Should you want to make changes to your landscaping, windows, shutters or video/doorbell equipment please note...YOU MUST SUBMIT an Architectural Review Form to the Board! Why is that important? Without an approved ARC form you will be in violation and may be required to remove your improvements! It's THAT important!

Please remember you reside in a condominium and you pay monthly fees to manage the outside of your unit. One of the many benefits of residing in a condo is you don’t have to do anything on the outside. Should you want to change something, our association REQUIRES you complete an ARC form and submit it to the Board for Review and Approval at the next meeting of the Board.

The ARC forms help the Board:
• Standardized approvals all unit owners
• Safe guard unit owners (present and future) for durability and insurance purposes
• Maintain a Consistent look & feel throughout the neighborhood
• Insure Property values that are better maintained and protected

The link to the ARC Form is at the top of this page.  Please be sure to complete it in its entirety for prompt approval after submission. Information requested includes but is not limited to the name of the Unit owner requesting the change, address, full description or work to be done (along with proposed pictures of finished look), name of the individual/company who will be completing the work along with copies of their current insurance, licenses, and any additional information regarding the work to be done (electric? From where? Paint needed? etc).

Once completed, submit to the BOARD via email or in person for review and approval at the next board meeting.

NO WORK IS TO STARTED UNTIL YOU RECEIVE THE ARC APPROVAL.

This may seem like a lot of oversight or slightly intrusive to the unit owner but rest assured, this procedure and policy is well recognized and accepted for condominium communities and home owner associations. Please do your best to comply with what is applicable to unit you purchased and the association you elected to join.
