Parking Patrol is 24 hour patrol!  Any owner's parking in guest spots or anyone parking on the street will be in violation of parking rules and subject to towing policy, that means day and night! Please adhere to the rules.

Residents may house only 2 vehicles on Oasis property at any one time and have 2 parking spaces for their exclusive use - their driveway and garage.

ALL residents must notify the board and receive board approval for the use of guest parking. If a resident’s car is found in guest parking it will be subject to the  sticker sticker tow policy.

Guest parking is reserved for guests only, as it is at a premium with only 19 spaces.

Parking on the street is strictly prohibited. Cars parked on the street impair emergency vehicles from passing safely and inconvenience your neighbors from pulling into and out of their driveways.

If you have a guest parking for more than 3 days, please email the Board at boyntonoasiscondo@gmail.com with the make, model and tag # to avoid that car being subject to our sticker, sticker, sticker/tow policy.  The Board is not being nosy about your overnight guests; we are trying to account for the cars parked in the guest parking area and ensure that spots are available for your guests.
